Indivisible Saugerties was formed with the goal of resisting the Trump agenda by following the Indivisible Guide*, in order to make our voices heard by our local representatives in government. The guide’s weekly action plan is posted on our website, Facebook page, and weekly emails, along with local rallies, town hall meetings, marches, and other events that support the Indivisible program. We hold monthly public meetings to develop and foster community connections and to keep us engaged in this resistance movement.
Indivisible Saugerties is not intended to be a political group and is unaffiliated with any political party. Participants may be affiliated with various political parties or none at all. Anyone is welcome as long as they have an interest in preserving human rights, civil rights, and social and environmental safeguards and believes that the Trump agenda endangers these values. We gather to support each other and our country.
